Synchromancy OST

Synchromancy is a puzzle-platformer game concept featuring an atmospheric soundtrack inspired by fantasy, adventure, and role-playing games. In this story, you are a Synchromancer — a wizard endowed with the power of repairing space-time fractures across vanishing meta-dimensions.

A terrible, destructive force from somewhere beyond has destabilized various timelines to reshape their futures. You are tasked to synchronize them now before they disappear forever.

Each track represents the Synchromancer's multi-dimensional journey towards the source of the force responsible for destabilizing his universe. The closer he draws to it, however, the more his knowledge of time and space falls apart, as he realizes to be dealing with an entity beyond his comprehension, capable of reshaping the fates of multiple timelines to their whim.

Since the game concept is based around time manipulation, the soundtrack frequently nods to the game lore through the titles, and it features time-based techniques like reversing, speed adjustments, and stretching. The deliberate use of accented, percussive sounds, often laid down at regular intervals in various sections of the soundtrack, further accentuates the sense of urgency, inevitability, and impending doom.
